From the United Kingdom, Dr Stephen Houston was a counter terrorism specialist and special advisor to the newly formed, post 9/11, National Center for Intelligence and Counter-terrorism (NCIC), in Washington DC and also British Intelligence 2001-2005. Before the President of the United States or HRH Queen Elizabeth made any visits abroad, Houston was consulted for travel safety because of his knowledge of global terrorism. His high level influence was instrumental in many directives of ‘post 9/11’ security initiatives, cover operations conducted by the FBI internally in the U.S. and their successful secret special operations abroad. Dr Houston had access to the National Security Council (NSC) and the daily 7 a.m. briefing to the President, directly through the Pentagon at the highest level. America is at the crossroads!
